Thank you for shopping at Crafted By Trice. Each item in our shop is carefully handmade and personalized just for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Once your order is placed, it goes into production immediately and cannot be modified or refunded.

Because of this, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at craftedbytrice@gmail.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to make it right, either by sending a replacement or offering a store credit at our discretion.
Customer Responsibility
Please double-check all personalization details (spelling, dates, colors, etc.) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer at checkout.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues. Once your item leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of the shipping provider.
