Thank you for shopping with Crafted By Trice. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Processing Time

All of our items are handmade and/or personalized. Because of this, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your item ships. For digital products, delivery will be instant via email or download link after purchase.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking.

  • International Orders: We do ship internationally, but please note that delivery times vary, and customs fees or duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or issues related to customs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or carrier first.

We do not replace or refund orders that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
